A year ago, you had a chance to meet Resco at French Touch Dreamin for the first time. We participated at the 2017<\/span>\u2019<\/span> edition as silver sponsors.<\/span><\/p>\n A lot has changed since then. For Salesforce and for Resco.<\/span><\/p>\n We\u2019ve been Salesforce ISV partners, providing offline mobility solutions for almost 2 years. In this time, we have learned that we cannot simply start throwing our products out there and hand it to Salesforce users just like that. First, it was essential to:<\/span><\/p>\n During this last two years, we have participated in more than 20 Salesforce world tours and local community-led conferences. However, offering business mobility for Salesforce products is not our only mission.<\/span><\/p>\n Business mobility is more than \u201csome new and second-rate topic companies should deal with\u201d. A huge potential that lies in Salesforce for field users deserves more attention that it\u2019s getting. The aim of Resco and its mobility gurus that have 10+years of experience with enterprise mobile solutions, is for people to start talking. Salesforce customers, partners, solutions engineers, consultants\u2026everyone now knows that running business operations on-the-go shouldn\u2019t slow down daily productivity \u2013 it\u2019s the exact opposite.<\/span><\/p>\n With 50% of the global workforce going mobile by 2020 (<\/span>acc. to Marketwatch<\/span><\/a>) and with Salesforce being a<\/span> #1 CRM provider<\/span><\/a>, the question of mobilizing options for Salesforce is in place. Resco\u2019s mobile app is fully integrated with Salesforce \u2013 even with the most basic license, available to everyone, no matter the use case, nor industry.<\/span><\/p>\n Secondly, we need to talk about offline. Because, even in countries like France, where the internet connection is almost never an issue, offline is important.<\/span><\/p>\n Users sometimes prefer working offline to online, simply, because it\u2019s faster. Then, think about the places like garages, planes, elevators, etc. The ability to access and manage Salesforce data fully offline is, indeed, a big topic.
