This will be a full remake of my presentation from last year, when Agentforce had just been announced at Dreamforce.
One year later, we have all collectively learned so much, but there are still many questions out there about whether Agents can be made reliable, how Salesforce stands in the market next to our friends and competitors such as OpenAI, Google, etc., and what the impact of Agents on our jobs and our lives will be. So this will be part retrospective, and part speculation on what the next few years may hold.
